重要！春节前这六大事项必须做好！外贸企业请注意！

本周开始，陆续有工厂或外贸企业开始放假了。年前做好以下这些事，确保过年期间不会手忙脚乱，过年之后订单滚滚来！

通知客户

与我们长期合作的老客户其实已经熟知中国春节的特殊情况了，他们一般都非常有意识，提前一个月左右就把春节期间的采购计划发过来，跟我们核对哪些货物可以分批次先发过去，如果不能发过去，春节后的第一个装运期是什么时候。对于这样的客户，我们只需要做例行通知就行了。

对于新客户，或是没有太多与中国供应商打交道经验的客户，就需要再多花点心思了。我们需要与他们确认，我们的放假时间，最后一个船期大约是哪一天，节假日之后最早能发货的大概是什么时候。对于在春节前订货的客户，一定要通知到位，取得他们的回复确认。

此外，我们需要在通知邮件中列明紧急联系电话、聊天工具账号等等，以防客户有急事找不到人。

邮件的内容也可以适当丰富一些，比如可以介绍一下接下来会是传统的中国新年，向客人传播一下中国文化，顺便祝福一下客人，甚至对于要好的客户，可以邀请假期间来玩；另外，你也可以把放假的那些天使用日历的形式展现给客户，也可以是卡片的形式等，客户一目了然，既让客人知道了你在假期中，给你及时服务都是你的格外用心的结果，又能加强跟客人的联系。

模板1：

Hope you are fine.

I would like to let you know that we will take our holiday on 日期 and will come back to work on 日期 for our Spring Festival (Chinese New Year).

在官网页面，需要发布放假公告，告知假期时间。也可以特别制作banner挂出，或制作滚动的gif格式通知banner以更好地吸引客人的注意。

邮箱自动回复设置

首先，可以提前一两个星期把放假时间写在邮箱签名上，这样做的好处是你可以多次在回复的邮件签名上告知客户，让客户时刻注意你的假期信息而提前做好计划。

放假期间，邮箱设置好自动回复，告知放假时间、紧急联系电话和即时聊天工具账号。同时，也配置好手机邮箱的客户端。

Hi,

Hope you are doing fine!

Please noted we will begin our holiday for Chinese New Year from from 日期 to 日期.
