Givaudan Completes Acquisition of Food Ingredients Company Vika
Givaudan, a global leader in fragrances and flavours, has completed the acquisition of Vika BV, a world player in food ingredients. Headquartered in Ede, Netherlands, Vika offers a range of natural dairy ingredients, fonds and stocks, as well as meat and plant based extracts to customers in the food and beverage industry.
